Not the same quality I’ve seen on other BnM rods

Finally got a chance to get out and use the rod yesterday, and the bottom joint is wonky. The rod doesn’t want to stay extended at that joint, and trying to snug it up has revealed that the pole is in danger of separating. Cool rod with a very finesse tip but I don’t trust it to catch anything. I love my 14’ skeeter pole and 10’ Cadillac, so I’m just calling this one a dud. They’re so inexpensive, the shipping was more than the rod.
